Works great!! Battery needs to last longer but otherwise it’s okay!!

Bought and used in late fall as leaf vacuum 6 to 8 times. Put away for the winter, come spring time discovered that Impeller blade broke and caused motor to spin out of balance, this has rendered entire unit useless, return window has closed, I guess I'm SOL.

It doesn't mulch large sycamore leaves. They clog the tube, and it needs to be turned off and unclogged.

I always read the 1 star reviews. Others tried to use it to pick up leaves over a mulch bed! That will be a disaster! Use this vacuum on flat surfaces and for picking up leaves over rock beds. Another reviewer said he had to use the TURBO mode and burnt up the battery! NEVER USE TURBO MODE! This mode is for dislodging stuck leaves in the suction pipe. Finally here is a tip that isn't in the manual. The connector to the fan body has a auto stop safety feature. If your suction pipe isn't snug, the unit won't work! I have used the leaf vacuum for two days. No issues with the batteries de-charging! However I never ran the unit for longer than a half of an hour. Remember this item doesn't replace a rake. You can't vacuum large areas of leaves. This item is for edge clean up and for cleaning up your flower beds!

So far thed blower has worked well but only after a few charges the battery charger has broken

I purchased this item in July of 2022. It worked fine for the 1st season. Then I moved and had not used it for about a year or so. When I tried to use it again in the fall of 2023 the batteries didn't last very long. I set the blower aside and just hired someone to remove the leaves. For 2024, I made sure the batteries were fully charged, according to the charger, and put them in the blower. I tried the power button and it operated for a couple seconds. I set it aside again and hired someone this year also. Then I tried the same procedure to see if it would blow snow off of my deck and driveway. It did the same thing. I considered trying to find new batteries, or charger, or even both, but I don't know if the problem is with the batteries, charger, or the blower unit. Can you advise and assist?

I bought this as a holiday gift item, and once I figured out how to use it properly, it’s been a great, reliable purchase. The unit with both batteries isn’t too heavy and is nicely balanced when holding it. The motor is powerful with 4 speeds plus a turbo function. Note: you must make sure the attachments are properly inserted into the unit as they have a safety feature that will prevent it from working. Good safety feature.

I left the batteries in the charger all night. In the morning the lights were green, but attaching them to the blower unit only sent a one second spike on the battery indicator lights and the blower won't work. I returned it for an exchange and the new one worked for about six months. I only used it a few times and this one is doing the same thing the original one did. The lights flash but the blower won't work. I tested the batteries with a battery tester and they are fully charged, but the blower won't work. It is past the return window so it is just an expensive piece of garbage. If you insist on buying this model I suggest getting the longest warranty you can. UPDATE: I really, really wanted this blower to work as it is easy to use and when it worked for a few minutes it was great, but I've ordered and returned four of these units now and they all have the same problem. They work for a very short time and then they go dead. I'm returning the last one now for a refund.
