I didn’t know when I purchased this product that I had to download an app that was directly coming from China. Even all the support and customer service is out of China. I felt very uncomfortable with an app that could possibly access other information on my phone. So, I’m returning it.

It does toss treats, but the tossing mechanism is very loud, so if you have a reactive dog this may not work for you. It was very scary for my dog at first and took some training to get him to stay in the same room as it. I haven't been able to try using it when I leave him home alone yet because he still finds it scary if I'm not in the room with him when it goes off.Even with the treat pouch full sometimes you don't get treats on the first try and the treats fall into the chute after it completes it's toss, so you have do to it a couple times for the treats to throw. That's not too much of a problem when you're at home watching it, but if you're only watching it from the camera view on the app it's hard to tell if a treat has been tossed or not.

After researching, this was a Good Purchase. Very easy to set up. Download the app, connect to WiFi, fill with treats -done. I check in on my pets and they get super excited about the treats. It barks before shooting them out, and they come running to catch in mid air. They were scared first round but they come running now. Quality of picture is relatively good. Night camera is black & white picture. Using camera has already alerted me that my pet escaped the gate and was into trouble . Great purchase. No issues after 1 full month of use.

We bought to send our dog a treat and see him. We are for the most part pleased. However, at times, the item will clog and not dispense the treats. Also, in order to speak and listen, you must press the talk button and while talking, you cannot hear at the same time. You are either listening or talking, but not both. We still like the product.

I had tried three of these, and each one had a problem. Finally the last one which was the newest model, was working fine, fro two days, and the got a system error. So not worth the money or the time. They definitely have some bug s that need to be worked out.
