Love it in my smoothies.

Sprouted for max nutritional value, and ground for max digestibility. Having no flavor and little perceivable texture, this can be added to oatmeal, salads, bread dough, drinks, ... lots of things, to increase fiber, protein, and omega-3 with little to no impact on consistency or flavor. Alternatively, if soaked, will develop a pudding-like consistency which can be used to make a dairy-free pudding, or to thicken various fluids.

I add them to my oat meal every morning. They taste good and the product is fresh. There are cheaper options out there, but this is a good choice.
