What is the difference between pn 208wor and pn 208?

WOR means "without ring" BG puts a little plastic ring in most of their products as an incentive to mechanics. Sometimes, for various reasons, they produce some without the rings and mark them WOR.

Is this compatible with e85 fuel?

Yes but why are you using E 85 fuel. You can only use 44K ones are year because it cleans your entire fuel system very well and everyone should use it with the ethanol in the fuel these days.

This product does not appear to be authentic BG product... Why is it missing the plastic “coin” and looks/smells different?

BG updates the labels on their cans periodically. The newest one is the silver "bg platinum". The older cans have more dark gold and bronze colors on them. The coins/tokens are put in the cans by BG for the technicians who perform the service. A BG representative will periodically makes trips to the dealerships and the technicians can trade their collection of coins for money. BG does ship cases of products to companies that do not use the token system so they will not contain the token. The colors I have seen are red, green, and tan but there could be more.
