I was looking for a cover for an oversize La-Z-Boy recliner but didn't like the look of slipcovers that cover the entire chair. This is a good compromise that can refresh upholstery. Many covers sold here do not fit oversize chairs, even though they may say they do. It's very important to measure the full width of the back of the chair from end to end. This cover does fit perfectly.

My recliners are not oversized but I’m glad I got the oversized covers. This recliner is approximately 32” W across the back and the seat width is 20”. The oversized cover allows for some to be tucked in on the sides and covers the whole back. If you just want a strip down the back & seat, then get the regular size. They wash well and have held up well.

the elastic straps that are supposed to hold the cover in place ripped off in about a month, now the cover slips and slides all over the chair...it has to be readjusted every time you get up...if it would stay in place it would be great, but it don't so it is just like tossing a throw on the chair, so if that is what you are looking for, just use a throw...========================================================================================UPDATE: IT IS 4 MONTHS LATER SINCE MY PREVIOUS REVIEW, AND I JUST WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW --- DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...THIS IS JUNK...EVERY SUPPORT BAND HAS RIPPED OFF, AND THE COVER IS NOW TOTALLY USELESS...SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT ....SO DON'T BUY THIS.... 😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫

This recliner cover is perfect for my Aunt, who resides in a nursing home. It covers the recliner perfectly and has already proved itself to be waterproof and saved the recliner from stains. The only thing I found disappointing it that although the photo shows the straps that help keep the cover on the back of the chair are sewn on completely opposite of what is shown in the photo. This makes it bit more difficulty to put on the back of the recliner. We were able to figure out a way to make them work, but we are not always there when needed when cover needs to be changed. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

These have been great on our leather couch and leather chairs! It helps keep the dogs from scratching the furniture but they're easy enough to move and reposition as needed. They stay in their place when furniture is reclined and are easy to wash. Our recliners are oversized and the regular sized recliner covers fit them great.

The quality of these pet chair and sofa covers surprised me greatly considering the price! I am extremely pleased with them. They have straps to hold them in place and pockets for your remotes, eyeglasses, etc.! The workmanship is outstanding!

This recliner cover is very good. I have teenagers and their friends over quite a bit, and they do usual teenage damage. So, these covers work great at preventing stains and other food spills. The material is mostly water resistant, but is not waterproof. One helpful hint I’d recommend is to use Scotchguard spray regularly to keep the cover in good shape. I purchased the white cover because it can be easily bleached. I’ve tried several covers for my recliner, but this has been the most durable. The material is good because it does not bunch up. The only thing I don’t like for the recliner model cover is that the leg section is too short to cover the bottom of the recliner.

The recliner cover is small. We have a recliner that I consider to be small as my Dad had an over-sized big and tall one before. This covers enough. the straps are not long enough to reach anything and are of no use. One ripped pretty much immediately upon use. It does cover the recliner enough to protect the seat. I don't want to mess with a slipcover so this is probably as good as it gets.

So happy to find a cover that would work for my oversized chair which is the dog's favorite place to sit and look out the window. Appears well made. Nice color. Water resistance was a must.

Much narrower than it looks in the picture. Does not cover the chair across the upright part as much as I hoped
