Toy Story 2 (Little Golden Book)

Unread this book with my 3 year old before watching the movie and it made the watching experience even better. Now every time we want a quick toy story experience we read the book which does a good job delivering the storyline within just a few pages. Worth it.

Always a great book, when its golden!

Every child should learn to LOVE reading. That means they must have people in their lives who read to them all the time. Little golden books are beloved by families everywhere. They are a perfect balance of narrative and illustration. These books never disappoint and with AMAZON they are priced well and ship immediately. My grandson loves his collection. If for any reason you are reading this and cannot afford an extensive library of childrens’ books, don’t forget your public library. My grandson loves having his own library card and going to the library to pick out two books to read each week. It’s free and makes for a fun outing especially if you go during Story time.

Very sweet synopsis of the cartoon and my daughter loves these books because she recognizes the story right away! These are a great way to start a kid's library! Some parts of the story are always omitted from these books, but that's to be expected of a simplified version. Still a great way to get the kiddos reading!

A sweet and fun retelling of Toy Story 2! The illustrations are bright and engaging, and the story is perfect for young kids. It’s a great size for little hands and a wonderful addition to any Little Golden Book collection. A favorite for bedtime reading!

My son (almost 3 yrs) LOVES toy story. All of them. I actually think they are a little too difficult and scary for him. And I also think they are way too long for him to watch. So most of times I let him watch the fun parts/chapters and skip the scary parts. Toy Story 1 and 3 are temporarily banned from our devices. I think Toy Story 2 is less scary, but that's my opinion. To explain a bit better the story's I bought all of the Golden Book versions of Toy Story. Just so I can explain it better to him and to make it less scary. The books are absolutely less scary and more toddler friendly. Buzz is his big hero, so he loves to hear story's about him. It is only 3.59 and I can read it over and over to him. It is also a lightweight and easy to travel with in a backpack or in your suitcase

Regardless of what age you can’t go wrong with a Little Golden Book.

Bought for my daughter who is a Toy Story fanatic! This book is an extremely pared down version of the original story featuring delightful illustrations which often hint at the parts of the story the book misses out on. Most importantly, my daughter loves it and i will be purchasing all of the Toy Story books in this series. Well worth the tiny price tag!
