Man these made me go number 2 bad! Not the loose stuff but at least 5 times a day. I cut it down to 1 pill a morning but still. Caffeine usually loosens me up but this was a little too much

Dude this will get you punching out 100 reps like nothing. You'll have enough energy for two or three gym sessions. It doesn't leave you with jitters like C4 or other brands. If you don't burn out them with a really good gym session it does make it tough to fall asleep after.
