This is NOT vegan. No clue why Amazon has that in the product details. It’s BOVINE immunoglobulins. If you want it to blend well, use an immersion blender. It mixes well with lemonade, and disappears into milk and instant breakfast powder. The reason it clumps is because it doesn’t contain an emulsifier. Yes, it can cause constipation, especially if you have slow motility. Take artichoke leaf extract, and add in some magnesium, if you think you might be getting constipated. It’s a binder, but not the same way charcoal or clay bind. This is the same ingredient as is found in Enteragam, the “medical food” that used to be prescription only. My GI office gave me samples of it, several years ago. At the time, it was about $600/box. It’s great for getting diarrhea under control. Yes, it’s expensive. It has a proven track record.

The best most potent supplement for my gut health. Keeps everything in check. Started taking the full dosage and now take half scoops.

So far I like this product better than the other IgG supplement I was buying. This one doesn’t seem to stir quite as well (but they taste the same) and I also seem to not need as much for the same effect of managing gut and autoimmune symptoms. Some people hate the taste so for what it’s worth, to me it tastes like really thin powdered milk. If you know you don’t like the taste of powdered milk you may want to put it in something that’s not too acidic with to cover up the flavor.

I usually mix this into water or yogurt. These is no taste. I use Zero (filtered) water. I am wondering what kind of water the negative reviews are using.
