So helpful for miniatures. Soft wood, easy to carve or cut. PROS: Great value; most need minimal sanding; very easy to cut; they’re extremely lightweight; they paint and glue really well. CONS: They’re so soft they’ll be hard to use in some miniature builds. Some are almost as soft as cork—they are NOT hardwood. You can sand the edges round very easily/accidentally. That being said I’ve bought them several times now.

My only problem was with who they used for shipping. Several of my items I have bought have been delayed or missing (this is the husband) . I suggest company find a different shipper. From now on anything delayed I am returning.

These are sticks. Just as stick-y and stick-like as described in the description about their stick-ness. Make no mistake, these are sticks. Not dowels, or rods ... sticks.
