I used these to replace the pads inside of a Giro Fixture MIPS helmet. This is a very economical way to get more life out of the helmet than having to buy a new one when it starts to get gross. Included are velcro stickers to add additional holding power where needed and to add pads for more support. I noticed that the original stickers were missing over time and extras were a welcome addition. The pads themselves are good quality too. One side for absorbing sweat and the other side for velcro attachment. My helmet also fits better than before. I consider this to be a nice upgrade. Get the multi pack for more economy.

Basic padded pieces, but a good selection of shapes. They can also be cut to shape. The glue pads seem to secure the pads tightly.

Great that you can buy these kits to keep your helmet going for longer after summer. For comfort - great. I wouldn't have imagined you could buy these kits so I'm very happy.
