This is natural and works within 3hrs. Absolutely the best. My mother would give us this tea as children. No side effects just a little cramping for some folks. Nothing worth mentioning.

Oh dear. I used less than a gram steeped in water. It definitely worked 5 hours later but so violently for over an hour it was like an allergic reaction or a poisoning. Please, do consider I have multiple autoimmune diseases including MS and am largely bed bound —in other words, like many of you, my health is shot. Perhaps try 1 leaf only to begin with. I won’t try again however.
