Summersdale Doggie language: a dog lover's guide to understanding your best friend

This is a quick read because much of this book is imagery, very good and fun imagery. I highly recommend it, as it gives great examples of doggie body language and facial expressions which we wouldn’t necessarily understand. It’s also a great gift.

Amei! Além de ser lindo as ilustrações deixam as explicações muito claras. O livro aborda vários sinais que os cachorros mostram e não conhecemos ou interpretamos de forma errada porque aprendemos de forma errada. As dúvidas que eu tive, mesmo com as ilustrações, por exemplo, a posição das orelhas, eu observei minha cadela por um tempinho e voltei no livro. Na hora reconheci nas ilustrações os movimentos que ela fez com as orelhas. É um livro de bolso, pra deixar por perto, pra consultar quando assistir vídeos do seu doguinho, quando puder.

Very informative book. I bought a "second hand" one as it was much cheaper than brand new. When it arrived it looked barely opened, I've seen flicked through brand new books in worse condition on a shops shelf! Doesn't take too long to read and has lots of useful pictures in as well. Great little book, hopefully will help me understand my nervous little dude a lot better!

Ich habe dieses kleine Büchlein für einige Hunde Freundinnen und auch unseren Hundeverein gekauft. Ich selbst habe das Original in Englisch, die Übersetzung ist aber ebenso gut. Wenn ich noch züchten würde, würden es auch meine Welpenkäufer bekommen. Praktisch, süß gezeichnet und super verständlich. Es beugt auf jeden Fall Missverständnissen vor.
