High quality. We have one that’s filled with air and it’s fine but this is solid and really digs in to the area it’s used. Every time I pick it up I think of what a great deal it was and how well it’s made.

I use this to help with my back pain. It is a bit smaller than another one I have, but this is 10x more well made. This is the only product I have found that i can really lean in to. It can massage the knots from your back or you can use it to crack your mid/upper back (which is almost impossible without help from someone strong. I'm sure there are other ways to use it, but I haven't checked. Overall, good product, but a little smaller than I'd prefer....so I have to use this one as well as that one.

I tried my daughter's and it worked well for the back of my neck so I bought one for myself. The problem I've got relates to the vertebrae in my neck, which pain can translate into a transcervical migraine. I don't like to take drugs for migraines, so when my neck gets painful, I put the peanut on top of a soft (not rock solid) yoga block to raise it to the right height, lay down on my back and the pressure on the back of my neck and skull is relieved. Great way to avoid a migraine. The package includes instructions for additional ways to use the peanut for pain relief. Some folks' reviews mention that the peanut is not soft enough for them, but for me the pressure on the back of my neck is perfect.

The material.is dense and hardly gives at all. I like that. The first time I used it I heard some of my vertebrae popping. No other device I purchased for the same purpose ever did that for me. I only wish the balls were a tiny bit wider apart. The device itself is not very large but heavy. The size makes it easy to carry along during trips.

I had a lot of tension in my head and neck. This really helped and I don’t need it anymore. However, I’m glad I have it on hand if I need it

This is probably great for some but I've struggled using it as the balls are small. I guess that's the intent with the design but I'm not a big guy and I've not yet found the sweet spot with using this. Still, it didn't cost much and there are a couple thing I do with it which are kind if nice. No regrets.
