Perfect bit of gym equipment.

Being a tall person I'm used to having back pain. I do alot of stretches to help alleviate this. After following some videos I found out that using a foam roller can help with these exercises. This roller is great for what I need, it's very sturdy and it's been put to the test. My dog got a hold of it the day it arrived and it survived. It's ribbed surface really massages the low of my back when doing some of my exercises and as its firm you really can feel it. As it's my first ever foam roller I can't compare it to anything else but it definitely does the job and I fully recommend this product.

Good roller, used for back massage. Only draw back is that its made or formed in two halves and when rolling, the seam line is firmer than the rest which gives an oval sensation while rolling over it. It also slides a bit on hard flooring and works better on carpet or a gym/play mat.

Does what it's meant to do.Short foam roller is easier to store.It's the right firmness, not too firm or too soft.Has slight ridges on roller which helps work the muscles without it feeling too rough.Would recommend to others.Arrived in excellent condition.
