After struggling to trim my feisty little pups (one a squiggly, wormy, over dramatic purebred Chihuahua; and the other one a 5 month old Chihuahua mixed with a Dachsund [also known as a "weiner dog], THIS actually worked so smoothly! The chiweeni almost got himself out but I'm chalking this up to his naughty, spoiled, attitude. It fit the Chihuahua perfect, but may have to get the next size up for the naughty (but funny) little guy! 😄 Very good investment!

The concept is awesome! Though it took two of us to get our 10 lb cat in it! It's a bit awkward to maneuver but with a little bit of persistence and patience we got her in it. Once she was in, trimming was a breeze!

I recently purchased this grooming hammock for my 70 lb Doberman Pinscher, and I couldn't be happier with the results. After trying out other brands and sellers, this is definitely the highest quality one. As any Doberman owner knows, these dogs require a lot of upkeep to keep them looking their best, and this hammock has been a game-changer for his grooming!! What makes it stand apart from others I previously purchased is the sturdiness of it. I was initially concerned about whether it could safely hold my hefty boy, but it proved to be incredibly reliable! The reinforced design ensures that he stays secure and comfortable while I trim his nails or brush him. In the pictures he looks a little scared, but once he is up there he can be suspended for hours and TBH last time he fell asleep lol!! He has started to love it.I will say that setting it up was a breeze, and it's very simple to adjust to the perfect height and angle for grooming. If you have a large dog like me, just make sure that the front/back holes are in correctly, that will be the only thing. When it comes to the grooming tools that come with it, I was throughly impressed by the quality of them, and it saved me the hassle of having to buy those separately.I would definitely recommend this product if you own a working breed that requires a lot of upkeep like Dobermans. All we need is 3 minutes "in the air" and he is done, we are trying to do his grooming sessions 3 times per week with this hammock and so far I've had no issues. It is definitely worth the purchase if you are a dog owner who prioritizes their pet's grooming needs.

The material and the entire package is really good you get everything you are likely to need getting Trixie into the hammock was not easy but not hard either. It really supported her and I felt pretty secure that she wouldn't worm her way out.First issue not mention in the instructions, don't put them near a wall or they will bump the wall to get leverage to get out. The attached picture was about 5 seconds of work for her. After wards I moved her where she couldn't touch a wall. Reducing her attempts to get her arms free.Second issue, the band around their belly's did not do a great job she was getting very close to Houdini-ing her way out.The third issue, not a fan of these clippers at all, they were getting very close to cracking and splintering her nails, I ended ul switching to a grinder and was able to work faster and I could tell she was calmer with them.The good things, I was able to easily get all her toes trimmed pretty quickly. She was really preoccupied by hanging out that she did not bite or attack (I was prepared with a helmet and scratch booties for her if it was an actual problem)And finally I don't think it was overly traumatic for her she was scared but she did not attack me after or anything.Am I going to keep using it?Yes, definitely!

Soft and comfortable for animal, seems pretty light weight on construction and hardware. Bought the xl, sending it back. Holes for legs only measure 8" between and approx 13 1/2" center to center. Going to go ahead and try the xxl size though

Love love LOVE this dog hammock!! It comes with everything you need to groom your pup. Nail clippers, nail file, and a sturdy comb. My dog was a bit squiggly getting in so we just did a couple practice lifts and gave him some treats and then he was straight up chilling! We were able to effortlessly trim his nails. It’s so nice not having to hassle with him and fight to grab his paws! The hammock is super easy to set up; you just use the provided hooks and slide the hammock on. The material is super light weight and has a bit of padding so its comfortable for your pet. It’s very sturdy and I trust that he’s secure when he’s up there. This product is a great value for the price. It saves the expense and inconvenience of all the trips to the groomer for a simple nail trim. I’m able to put him up and get it done in less than 20 minutes. If you’re considering getting this, don’t hesitate any longer because it’s a great investment! You can fold it up and wrap up the tools in the hammock making it super easy to store and easily accessible. Make you and yours pups life easier with this grooming hammock!

What a perfect product for trimming my dog's nails along with a little grooming. My dog is very sensitive to anyone touching his feet, so unfortunately his nails were getting too long. I could not see myself taking him to the groomers since I trim him to save money, and taking him to the vet wasn't an option because of the cost. But when I found this product at a great price, I thought it might be a good solution.First, the product arrived quickly and was in a nice little box with clear instructions, not that there are many because it's as simple to use as it looks. The product includes the harness, hooks, and the grooming comb and clippers.I was very pleased with the quality of all the pieces, especially the harness because I felt if he was comfortable in it, he would be more compliant to go in it, and he easily did in just a minute or two. It fit a little big for him, so I would go down a size, but it is a nice fabric and the hooks are sturdy. The clippers were great too. Overall, a very nice quality product that is very reasonably priced. I would recommend.

Endlich konnte ich meinem Hund Krallen schneiden. Nach vielen gescheiterten Versuchen und mit diesem Produkt hat es sehr gut geklappt - nur in 5 Minuten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und empfehle es anderen Hundenbesitzern.

So I have been having the worst time trying to cut Cash's nails in any way since we got him 4 months ago. He's starting to get used to us playing with his paws but still is not at all a fan... I'm a former groomer but don't have a grooming table and googled grooming hacks for hard to handle dogs and found this hammock.. I just tried it and OMG he went from a flailing, alligator rolling, gnawing maniac to what you see in the picture.. he tried to kick away once and realized he couldn't escape and just gave in and hung there and let me clip his nails.. and it took me like a minute to do all 4 paws! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone struggling with nervous dogs or dogs who are a nightmare to groom! Cash is a 42lb staffie and we ordered M instead of L because of his length and its perfect!Only gave a 4 star rating because I think it would be safer/better if the hooks were carabiners instead.. though it might be harder to get the dog down after.. Also the nail clippers are garbage/low grade and not very sharp.. but did they trick.

My lab weighs 110lbs and at 10 years old is having a much harder time standing for nail trims with his arthritis. We tried the lying down method but that created more panic. Google research led me to the idea of the sling. I picked this one because it A) had a good amount of reviews & B) actually offered a sling with a weight capacity for my dog.After getting the sling & confirming it fit. I was able to rig up a pulley system in my garage to lift him. The sling it self is very strong, I have no concerns it won’t hold him. He appears comfortable in it when lifted. I do wish there was a little more material in the front of the sling. My dog is a bit bigger chested & I think a little wider across the front would be better. He is comfy but looks to be the full of the sling from the front.Overall I am very happy with this purchase. We have started weekly trims & they are a breeze. 5 mins total “in the air” (off the ground) & we are done. I can take my time trimming, making sure not to make a mistake with his dark nails. He kicks a small fuss once each time we do a trim but I have no fear of him coming out of the sling or hurting himself. This is a real quality of life saver!Worth the purchase!

Excellent idea- we finally clipped our Schnauzer's nails and clipped the hair around them. She looks really interesting hanging from the rafters in the garage, but hey- the product will pay for itself in two uses.

I just used this last week for the first time. It made the grooming more pleasurable for me. My dog has a very different opinion I'm sure. I was able to get the job done quicker than usual. My dog hates getting his nails cut but I got them done in no time at all. It was well made and did the job It was supposed to do. If I ever need to get another one this is the one I'll get. Very impressed.
