I regret not buying it earlier,the trading cards album's appearance is leather and good touch, the zipper design of the card binder album is also great, there are enough storage, my drawer will never be messed up!

Are these big enough to hold top loaders?

No, the slots are only big enough for sleeved cards. Top loaders are too big

Looks decent. Can you put cards in this while the cards are in sleeves?

I have this specific folder and yes you can put your collectors cards in penny sleeves before loading the folder. (Occasionally it can be a bit fidgety so I trim 1mm to 2mm off the penny sleeve for the easiest loading)
