Whiskey Ice Ball Molds: Sphere, Round Ice Cube Mold Stackable Easy Release

I have tried some other ice molds which are basically 2 hemispheres that fit together at the mid-point. After filling them, putting them back into the freezer without the 2 halves separating and spilling the water is difficult. These new molds are easy to fill, seal securely, can be placed in the freezer with no drama and make great ice spheres. The resulting ice spheres are not crystal clear, i.e., there is air in them, but I use filtered water, so the quality of the ice is good. Because they are so easy to use, they are my "go to" molds. When I am having guests for cocktails and want clear ice, I have a much more elaborate, and expensive, mold for that. However, I can't say that the quality of these is any better than the less expensive ones being critiqued here although they are prettier since they are really crystal clear. I use these molds 90% of the time and use the expensive mold when I want ice just for show.

I got these as a gift for my boyfriend. We use them all the time and they stay cold for a long time and keep the drink from getting watered down. They also don’t take up a ton of room in the freezer.

Great overall. Easy to use, easy to fill, but the lid for the ice pops open making an edge. This is even after trying to put ice cream on top of it.

There is so many ice ball makers on the market but these have by far been my favorite and so user friendly you just fill them up and pop them in the freezer and after a few hours you have ice sphere for your favorite libation of choice

My first purchase of an ice mold. I drink a lot of ice tea and this keeps it from getting too watered down. I like how they stack. The appearance of the ice is not as important as if I was making a fancy cocktail. There were no instructions but how hard can it be to put ice in this little mold. Trial and error I figured it out. I just refill them every night and they are ready the next day for my tea. Love them.

These Ice Ball makers were a great improvement over the other brand I tried a few months back. You add water to the mold with both types of devices. However, with these you can push out the extra water and close off drainage. As a result, after freezing the ice maker for about 6 hours, I had round, and clear ice balls that looked great in a glass. And, for cleaning, just run them under warm water. Easy.

Easy to use. Ordered 6 sets to give as gifts. Will probably order more.
