Its working but once you close the device it will take a very long time to open it until your patient will be done its takes 2 weeks like this then after the device totally shutdown its having problems to open it .

The battery got a lot of charge issues
This laptop is something crazy, can’t imagine how I’m gonna charge the battery fully before an hour of using it’s run down to low battery! I’m gonna send this laptop back ASAP!!

it is indeed a very good laptop, the package was safe. However, Microsoft office is not included.
