Im already on my third bottle of this amazing lotion within three months! It is absolutely amazing and quite possibly the best OTC lotion that I have found for itchy, dry skin. It is a non greasy formula that doesn't grease your hands or clothes. My only wish is that it came in a bigger bottle because it definitely doesn't last very long. If you are looking for an extremely soothing chilling experience, I highly recommend putting this on right after you get out of the shower! The menthol effects definitely seep through your skin and throughout your whole body! 10/10 highly recommend! Fragrance is definitely subtle if any at all or than a brief whiff of minty menthol.

This is just something that is always nice to have on hand. Whether you're a man or woman, it work great for skin abrasions, itchiness and even shaffing. A little goes a long way so it lasts. It also doesn't stink.

I’ve always had problems with itchy skin, especially after taking a shower. This lotion stops the itching quickly for me and seems to dry fairly fast. It works well for what I need.

The first time I used this was just on my legs the day I bought it and didn't notice too much a menthol. I mean, it was there and I could feel it but it was mild. Tonight I took a really hot shower and used this on my full body and all I can say is HOLY SMOKES! It felt like Ben gay had been rubbed all over me, minus the strong scent. I got this stuff to help with itching but it's helped soothed my muscles, woke me up too! The scent is not empowering and actually goes away really fast but I have had this icy sensation for over a half an hour now. I felt FREEZING COLD and had to put a flannel onesie pajama on. BUT I am a weirdo who wanted the most menthol lotion out there and I think I found the holy grail with this one. I feel moist too but expected that from Gold Bond

Gold Bond is owned by Chattem, which now owned by the huge French pharmaceutical company Sanofi (pronounced san-oh-fay) and the pumps are now being made a lot cheaper than they used to be. My container arrived with the top of the pump lose from the rest of the cap and after squirting a lot of product around, I have figured out how to put it on. First of all, get a paper towel and unscrew the pump mechanism from the bottle in case you have some trouble, you won't be pumping as much product as you would with it installed. Now, look down at the top of the exposed white part of the pump mechanism and you will see there is a slot that goes through the middle. Now look at the bottom part of the spout part and you will see it has a thin strip of plastic going across it. That thin strip must go into the slot on the white part, so figure out how to place the spout part so that the strip is directly over the slot and press down hard on it until you hear it snap on. Once that happens, you should be able to pump it without it falling off and if you rotate it counter clockwise 90 degrees, it will lock so that it won't go down. If you are traveling with it, you would put it this position, drop it in with other things, and I am sure, it will get knocked and rotate back and start squirting lotion all over. In other words, this cap is pretty useless as far as offering a travel position, but hey, it is cheap and Gold Bond can make more profit. With mine once I snapped it into place and it fell lose once more and I snapped it again, it stayed in place and it took quite a number of pumps to start squirting out the lotion. I also noticed the lotion does not appear to be homogeneous, but sort of lumpy. It has a nice scent and feels cool for a very long time, so the lotion is quite nice, just a crappy container. I could find on the container no toll free customer support phone number so went online and found none online either or any email address but a snail mail address so I wrote to them and about an hour ago, I got a phone call from Sanofli asking about my concerns. I explained about it and she took it all down and she said she would pass it along. Sorry I am not includiing a picture but I do not dare take my pump apart again now that I have it working.

I love this lotion, I have sensitive skin and it leaves my skin soft moisturized. No skin irritation.

This is hands down my favorite lotion.I started using it during the winter months, because my skin was very dry and itchy. I wanted something that was soothing and wouldn't break the bank. This lotion immediately helped with my dry, itchy skin! It isn't expensive and I love the cooling effect that the menthol gives. I don't mind the smell at all. It's strong when you first apply it, but then it goes away in minutes. I use this lotion every single day. It's better than all the other name brand expensive lotions that I've tried. I highly recommend this product. I keep this lotion on hand at all times so I never run out!

I never write reviews but this lotion is golden!! After having my baby I got a hormonal rash that's all over my body and super itchi well this lotion instantly soothe the itchiness and it last a wild. I love the feeling on my skin and afterwords when I apply it but it does get pretty cold lol

I bought it because I’m pregnant and I know once your skin starts itching you can have stretch marks. So I bought it for emergency in case I would feel the itchy. And it works, if I feel the itch I put some let it dry it feels fresh and itch goes away. Then I continue with normal moisturize.

It took a while to find something that truely stops skin itching. This worked.After a few days of using it very happily, I can recommend.

Excellent cream after my cancer treatment I was left constantly itching. Tried many different creams to no avail, till a friend used this cream herself. She gave me a bottle and within days the rash had gone and the itching stopped.
