I bought their smallest size thinking it would fit my laptop with a 13.5 inch screen but it didn't fit. However, when I contacted their customer service asking for a proper replacement they said they didn't have it and refunded me. I'll keep the privacy protector since its better than nothing but I'm glad they refunded me. If I have a different laptop in the future, I'll come back and buy another.
