Yes it has a nice adjustable nilon strap, with a wide range of size. I also have a fairly small head and it fits very well.

Cool hat, but too big

The hat is a solid material and is a cool pattern, but the hat is too big. I got the smallest hat and the brim of the hat is too wide for my head. I wish they made just a slightly smaller one.
