I have 2 x Avalon Nano 3s, i want to use LAN for efficiency over its own factory provided WiFi dongle, this appears to be compatible with the unit. so far seems have slight improvement with slightly mining hash rate boosts (seems to be). Either way I'm really happy with the purchase, theoretically speaking .. lower ping from LAN translates better mining chance & results. especially knowing now that Avalon Nano 3s is capable of supporting generic LAN USB adapters.

The ethernet port on my Dell laptop ceased to work. I ordered this & it works perfectly. It's plug & play so it couldn't be easier. Great product at a good price.

Works great for old tech, especially pre wifi labtops and as a backup for a bad NIC card. Works in any USBaljconnection no need for a driver just direct ethernet connection. I highly recommend every tech have these as a backup for when the wireless goes down.Also great for installing software for older laptops and if you live in the burbs where wireless has yet to reach makes for a great connection tool for laptops or connecting to a hard line network. It also has the ability to fold up when done so you can make it travel portably. Very much plug and play. Plugged it into my usb port, connected the Ethernet cable and was able verify 1G up and down. This was on a Lenovo yoga C940 laptop, Tplink Archer be600, and metro net (t-mobile) fiber.
