A prime rib recipe calls for butter. Does anyone know if this would do?

This is VERY good butter. Period! But it is salty, so I don't know about using it for Prime Ribs. My guess: yes.

What kind of cows produce this butter? casein a1 or casein a2?

The breed of cow is Norman and since the heard is mix of A1 and A2 genes not one gene can be named to identity the entire group.

doesn't butter need to be refrigerated? Won't it spoil in transpport?

It is shipped with cold packs, so it shouldn’t spoil.
