I actually got a shipping notification. It then went to the Amazon hub an hour south of me as most of my packages do. It then said it was out for delivery but not in a location close to me. In talks with Amazon customer support and the first person just told me they'd give me a refund. I then told them that it was not available to purchase. That I pre-ordered this in June. That customer service rep told me to wait 72 hours and I would have it. When I asked if there was proof of this or a ticket for this complaint they disconnected with me. Contacted support again and I'm getting the run around. Very disappointed with Amazon customer service. Still currently no resolution to this.
