OK, so, I don't typically review products I purchase unless they are really good or really bad. This is certainly the former. I purchased this wood rack with the normal concern that it would not be built well enough for actual use over time. I was happily surprised when I assembled and installed the rack last weekend. I am an older guy that has been developing quality products for more than 30 years now. I am well known to family and friends as being extremely particular especially when it comes to design and quality. This wood rack is extremely well done in both areas. The materials are solid and the precision and location of where holes are drilled and how the base support of the rack is supported is outstanding. After assembly and loading the rack about 1/2 full of split firewood, I installed the cover. As I was opening the cover, I realized that it wouldn't do much good attached to the top of the rack if only 1/2 full. But, I found the cover has holes in all 4 corners that are reinforced with sewn edging. These hole slip over the uprights at each corner so, the cover adjusts relative to the height of the wood. This is a great design. In addition, the 4 corners of the cover also have a sturdy elastic strap sewn in that lets yo stretch them over the uprights pretty much insuring that wind cannot lift the cover. This not only keeps the cover in place but, also protects it from damage from flexing in the wind. I understand this is a simple product but, if you're like me, you can appreciate something simple being done so well. I highly recommend this brand and product. Oh ya, there was an extra bolt and nut in both of the necessary sizes in case you loose one. This is a small thing but, indicative of the company culture. If you need a rack for your firewood, don't hesitate to purchase this one.

I didn't believe the good reviews and I was wrong. This is AMAZING. Very high quality materials and construction. Assembly was easy with one person. Love the cover. This is better than a single piece welded option and comparable in pricing (I found it cost less than welded in same size here in OK). I will only buy this when I need a second one. Strong and gorgeous.

Excellent product. Extremely well made with a sturdy finish. Quick and easy assembly. Very heavy compared to the other brands. Looks stunning and strong. Absolutely no movement when loaded. The cover makes it so easy to remove firewood and can slip down as the rack empties keeping your supplies dry. This is my 3rd rack (2 four foot and 1 six foot) from vendor and very glad I bought from them. American made which I love to support. The cover which is very durable is the only off shore item. There is no comparison. You won’t be disappointed. Yes it costs more money but you have a product that will last a lifetime.

Don't worry about your favorite (355ml) beverage getting warm while you put this thing togethor, these guys have thoughtfully included a cozy with your order! :) Ok seriously! This is really well built and is a solid construction. (Definately NOT "chinesium") Its solid American-Made quality! Even the included cover - which is also heavy duty - is well thought out, and not only fits perfectly, but has corner stretch-loops that keep it in place. Assembly is straightforward, i used two 11mm offset combo wrenches, one of which was ratcheting, and I had this together in about 45 minutes. (It would have been faster if I hed read the BASIC INSTRUCTIONS!!! first!) Once assembled it is solid, and holds the amount of wood advertised quite nicely. It might seem a bit on the expensive side at first, but its well worth it in terms of quality! I will probably get another one soon, albeit bigger as I have a LOT more wood to store! And yes, it does come with a Beverage Cozy and a Firestarter cake. SOLID 5-Stars!

I purchased this item for my mountain home, and I’m thoroughly satisfied. The assembly process was straightforward, and it has significantly enhanced the overall appearance of my property. The cover securely fits over the vertical sides, creating a tidy and organized look. Surprisingly, the rack withstood strong gusts of over 70 mph without breaking. I retrieved it, rearranged the wood, and reinstalled the cover. Currently, I’ve positioned it on the north side of the shed, and everything seems to be functioning well. I love the look, sturdiness, and function of this wood rack and highly recommend it for outdoor wood storage.

I love this woodrack. It is expensive but the quality is amazing. They provided extra hardware, just in case and it was super easy to assemble. It is durable and looks great on my deck. This is completely worth the money and made in the USA. Highly recommend.

I bought the 12’ to supplement another rack and allow me to order bulk wood to offset the $7/gal heating oil bills this winter. It holds almost 3/4 of a cord. Note that the 12’ is just a 4’ with extra horizontal bottom tubes added, sort of like adding a leaf to a dinner table (if your dinner table requires stainless steel bolts/nuts). This rack is heavy and well built and arrives complete with a top cover and even a couple of lightweight wrenches (though see below.) There are a couple of minor design issues that should be addressed at this price point: Installation is not the simplest process. Some parts are glued into the box which is good for the stability of the box while shipping, but you should have a boxcutter handy when you open it. Assembly instructions are limited but the online video is highly recommended. I guess you could put this together alone, but it is much easier with someone else to hold things in position while dealing with the bolts. All the holes are pre-drilled but many bolts required extra effort to thread as the pre-drilled holes were very snug. I think this might be the coating overspray getting into the holes. The provided wrenches work, but if you have at least one closed end 7/16” wrench it will be much easier. Note that you will need two wrenches to do this assembly. Even better would be an electric screwgun which is what they use in the video, but it’s a nice touch that they supply workable wrenches as part of the kit. The extra hardware (one of each) is also a nice touch. Read the instructions and you should be fine. When assembled, the rack is sold, though the inward-facing feet makes the whole thing a bit precarious in the front-to-back dimension. A wider base on the foot and having it extend outward would help here and are the difference between a 4 and 5 star review. I would give it four and a half, but that’s not the way this works. Note that there are Support Bases for sale which will add another $50 which seems extortionate for 8 small bits of ABS Plastic. These should just be included at this price. Pay attention to the admonition to never put the rack on anything but a solid, level surface, even with the Support Bases, and this should not be an issue. The cover is heavy and well made and hasn’t moved despite the gale blowing outside right now… In conclusion, this is a quality product which you would expect for the price.

Arrived early. Powder coated with great finish. Easy installation with 16 x 11mm bolts in total to secure. Basically just shy of a pick-up truck load of wood loaded c/w 1/3 cord. Looks great. Excellent fit and finish. Durable appearing top cover allowing good ventilation. Very study sitting on a stone firepit outdoor patio. Overall, very pleased and would buy again in the unforeseen event I needed a replacement.
