This has good, sturdy handles sewn on both ends for ease of positioning. It has remained 'unsquished' and retained it's shape for two months of nightly use as a lower limb lift to ease my morning back pain. It works for me equally as well when I move to my side as well as on my back. I'm very happy with it for the purposes I bought it for.

I like this bolster. It is comfortable yet firm enough to provide support when I need a lot. I have a very tight lower back and found it helpful to rest my chest/torso while doing child’s pose. I also use it to support under my knees for a more comfortable shavasana. When I don’t have a lot of mobility it is nice to have a taller bolster to provide support that allows me to have proper pose alignment while my body slowly deepens its stretch over time.

The bolster is okay, especially for the price. The fabric is sturdy and cotton, which I really appreciate. The size is good for me. However, some of the stitching came apart right away. I don't know if this is common. I've compressed the bolster from gentle consistent yoga use to the point where I don't think Amazon will honor a refund/exchange. They've gotten more particular about things. There was a card from Retrospec in the box when it was delivered asking customers to contact them directly if there are any issues. So I contacted them and explained the issue and asked for a replacement cover. They asked me for photos and the invoice. Sure. I sent them photos and the invoice. They told me they couldn't do anything and I had to return it through Amazon. Weird and unhelpful. I'm going to try to sew it back together and reinforce the areas by hand.
