I bought this computer for home use and that is primarily for internet browsing, documents, simple gaming and occasional picture editing. Here are my observation after about a week of use:Pros: Computer is fast, with excellent non-glare screen, nice and responsive keyboard and touchpad, plenty of space and the laptop is very light. Heating exchange is done well, so it is not overheating while on any surface. Power supply is only 65W as it has dedicated intel videocard only so it is not power demanding. Especially love the thunderbolt port which was the main reason I've got this, where I can connect 3 monitors at the same time and really do multitasking when using for business purposes.Cons: That said I spent quite some time resurfacing the software loaded in this machine. Let's start with Windows 11 which I hate dealing with even this is the pro version. From basic menus hidden under multiple clicking until you get where you want to be, extremely slow networking, main icons and functions complete changed from where they were in Win 10 and some older games which I couldn't get to run because Windows 11 no longer support some functions. Luckily Microsoft still gives you the option to downgrade to Windows 10 for free if you have licensed Win 11 pro. The transition is available only from Win 11 pro to Win 10 pro. If you have a computer with Win 11 home, it will not be allowed. So after installing Win 10 everything magically started working better and all the difficulties setting Win 11 to my liking were gone. Also on the left side there are two USB-C ports. The one marked as Thunderbolt wasn't working as such, but the one next to it was acting like one. Once Win 10 was installed, things went the way they should be. So for people like me who highly dislike Win 11 I recommend downgrading to Win 10. One small minus is that the keyboard is not lightened. The other one is that the function keys are not F1-F12 by default but they have their secondary functions on by default, but that can be easily changed.Overall it is a great piece of equipment with the wish it had originally installed Win 10 instead of Win 11.

Good specs.Screen looks weird. You have to see the screen head on or it looks washed away. It's annoying.

This is a well spec'd laptop that would normally be $1,000 anywhere else. It is not top tier but for general home/school duties, it can't be beat. I've loved it so far. Don't be swayed by the versions pushing high storage capacity, most people will never need it and it's not worth the extra money. The only downside of a new computer is dealing with the nusiance bloatware and non-stop notifications about your anti-virus software needing to be updated/upgraded ect. Turn off the notifications in settings and just go to work enjoying a phenomenal laptop. Lastly, the seller is amazing. I ordered the computer and had it delivered the very next day.

I waited a few weeks before leaving a review to make sure it I really liked this laptop. And good news - I do! I had previously bought a small one and the keyboard was so small for my hands it was just painful to type. The keyboard on this PC is lovely - just the right amount of tactile feedback, as close to a mechanical one as you can get. The mousepad is a wee bit too sensitive but I try to use a real mouse whenever possible so whatever. No lag, no drag, no sudden reboots, restarts, deaths. I wanted a personal laptop to replace my work one, and I got it, I'm ecstatic.Thank you, Issaquah Highlands Tech, for providing the configuration I wanted. Would definitely buy from them again.

This product is not accurately listed. The "Additional Details" specifically states that it has a backlit keyboard, which was a primary requirement for me, but it does not have one. Extremely frustrated.

I’ve added 32 gig of ram and a 2T 990pro nvme and so far it’s operating fine.

The media could not be loaded. Laptop runs very well and fast. It looks great as well very professional. Good for all uses definately would buy it several times over and reccomned it to anyone.The price is also very reasonable for what you are getting, stacks up to a 1000 dollar laptop in my opinion.
