Good product for the price, light weight

The box came intact with all the parts included. I was able to put the treadmill together in about 20 min, on my own.Once assembled, I plugged it in and turned it on. After reading quite a few reviews about the belt not being centered, I wanted to check before doing anything else. I pressed start and the belt starting running. It was going right. I followed the instructions and also the helpful tips from some reviews I read. For the life of me, I could not get the thing centered. I sat there on the floor for more than an hour messing with it. So I searched online for product reviews and found one where a gentleman explained how removing the plastic covers helped him center the belt. So I removed the plastic covers from the back of the treadmill. There is one screw underneath each. I've never had my own treadmill so I had no idea what it looked like underneath any coverings. In the gym, treadmills are just there and working perfectly, u don't think about the parts. Anyways, once I removed the covers I was able to see the roller and the adjustment screws. Seeing this, I was able to have a better idea of exactly what the centering process was. Basically U are moving the roller (on both sides) forward and/or backwards, on the screw its attached to, in order to balance the belt to the center.I've seen reviews that said not to have the belt running while adjusting it. But honestly, it was way easier adjusting the belt while it was on because I could see it move to either side. I did not turn the adjustment screws in 1/4 turns (as per instructions), but less... I did slight turns. Trust me, once u remove the plastic covers and can see the screws and roller for yourself, you'll see the less than 1/4 turns could be necessary. It took me about 5 minutes to get the belt centered. I was so happy.My first time getting on the treadmill was wonderful. I wasn't worried about the belt or anything. It was smooth. The controls are easy to work with. I love this treadmill. Honestly, I do. I'm 5'3 and so far I've been walking on it, but my 14 yr old son has been running on it. It holds up. It folds easily and I have no problem moving it in and out of my closet. I'm plenty satisfied. If u are considering this particular treadmill, get it, its a good choice.Update dec 07 2022 (original review june 2021):I haven't had any problems at all. I take Care of this treadmill so there have been no mishaps to cause damage. It runs like new. I'm still very happy with this purchase.

The only problem is how narrow the running strip is. Your shoes might land outside the moving band. Otherwise it works great. I bought it because I wanted an incline (which is what some reviewers complained about). A flat surface is too easy.

Just what I was looking for. Wanted something that didn’t take up a lot of space. It has a permanent incline but it makes the workout more challenging so I’ll take it!

The two main reasons I decided to buy this specific machine: 1) it was an excellent price, and 2) it was on Prime so if I did need to return it I could do so for free and wouldn't have to pay for return shipping (which would be a fortune).The machine: It was super easy for my son to put together for me. He dropped by on the way home from work and was in and out within 20 minutes. He also tested it out for me. I walk only, but he is a jogger and taller than I am. He had no problem jogging comfortably in his normal stride. (In other words, the walking area is long enough that you don't have to shorten your stride.) Neither he nor I had any problem with the width of the belt, it's plenty wide for either of us to use comfortably.The incline: It is not that big of an incline, but if you're not used to it you will definitely feel it in your hamstrings and glutes. I did some research and found out that incline walking is actually easier on the joints, and as my knees bother me sometimes, this was good news. So I'm fine with using an incline. I am walking two 10 minute sessions a day until I build up my leg muscles enough to do one 45 minute session a day. (I've been sedentary for like 7 years so I have some stamina and muscle building to do). The handle sits at a good reach for my arms so I can hold on while I walk. I also tried swinging my arms while I walk and had no problem with the handle placement. I weight about 5-10 pounds more than the machine max weight, and this has not had an adverse effect - the machine can handle me just fine.Misc: The machine folds and wheels easily, so I can quickly stick it in the guest room when not in use (this was important to me BC if it wasn't easily accessible I wouldn't use it).It does not have a heart rate meter, but I have a finger oximeter that also does pulse, so I just stick that on my finger before I start a session.Bottom line: It's a fantastic machine at an equally fantastic price.

If you are ok with a 4-5 incline always (because the motor is mounted under).It was easy to put together, it’s small, it’s no frills. I got it to walk and with the incline it’s a workout! If you are in some good shape it’s a nice treadmill. I would not get this if you have never used a treadmill or walked/run. My big treadmill died and this is perfect to move it to my bedroom. It fits easy in the corner and folds easy. I’m not retuning it just over the incline, but I’d rather have one without the incline.

Es un poco mas pequeña que una caminadora normal. La instalación es sencilla, y más fácil si se usa un desarmador de matraca.Tal vez no es de los mejores materiales, pero ha aguantado. La cinta corre bien, y viene con una botella de lubricante.No es la mejor opción para usarla de tendedero por su tamaño y porque carece de protección en la parte inferior de la banda y pueda manchar sus prendas o toallas.Los datos que arroja la computadora difieren muchísimo de una SmartBand, pero por lo menos el reloj sirve.Al terminar, debe ser cuidadoso de solo presionar una vez el botón de "STOP", porque si se presiona 2 veces, se detiene al instante y puede accidentarse.

El pedido llegó a tiempo, pero de haber sabido que me lo iban a dejar en planta baja ( vivo en un 6to piso) hubiera prevenido y contratado a alguien, tuve que subirlo yo sola, y espero sirva después de los golpes que le di :(

Es fácil de armar, se puede guardar en espacio pequeño, no se requiere saber mucho para el manejo de la pantalla. Lo uso desde que lo compré y ahora no puedo dejar de usarlo. Muy bueno!!!

What I liked most is what many won't like. Because it is so compact, easy to fold and store yet electronic, they had to put the motor right underneath. Hence the unadjustable incline. But I have bad knees and stenosis of the lumbar spine. I find just walking on the incline strengthens my lower back muscles, blackleg muscles and thighs. It almost hurts my lower back in such a good way. I find going downhill much more painful. This has strengthened my back and leg muscles so much without stress on them that I no longer need cortisone shots. However, if you want something level or lower this machine is not for you!

Estuve buscando opciones de caminadoras para un departamento, sobre todo plegables para ahorrar espacio. La caminadora se arma de forma sencilla, aunque si conlleva un poco de tiempo y es recomendable que sean dos personas para armarla, una sola puede hacerlo pero entre dos es mas sencillo para sujetarla.La caja si es algo pesada, para tenerlo en cuenta si tienen que subir varios pisos. Ya en uso la caminadora es buena, llevo un par de meses utilizándola y sin problema, todo funciona a la perfección, el motor ha trabajado sin problemas ya sea para trotar o correr no tiene problemas. A comparación de equipos mas robustos si puede estar en desventaja ya que al correr se siente que se mueve un poco, pero por la relación calidad precio la recomiendo.
