I have some issues with my eyes and my doctor recommended that I take Lutein. I am not sure if it helps but the pills are very small capsules which are easy to swallow.

Great for your eyes. I personally went from 20/15 back to 20/20. And now have my diabetic husband on them. This may not be typical. So use your best judgement. Pills are small and gel coated. Easy to swallow. Will continue to purchase.

You can get these cheaper at local stores if you can find them, that is why I ordered these online as it is hard to find in my rural area. Cost is one reason only four stars but it is convenient to order online with free shipping, can order direct as well for rewards but have to pay shipping through them if low $ order. Take these as recommended by eye doctor for this dosage. This is for long term usage so not expecting to see any results in the near future by taking these, preventative measures to keep eyes healthy.

These are vitamins by a well known and reputable company.

I've been using 20mg and 25mg lutein for decades. RDA is 10mg so I decided to save some money and try these 10mg. Significant savings. I'm 73. I doubt that I'll notice any difference.

Having had cataract surgery recently, my opthamologist recommended this product to aid in healing my eyes. As I write lots for a living it is difficult for me to hold back from praising this product too much as it has done wonders. Swanson hit one out of the park for me with this nutriceutical especially as it is blindingly apparent from experience that if one does not take care of their eyes, that person is letting themselves in for directly-related sinus problems which is a malady from which I now no longer suffer.
