Garbage
this toy has one volume: DEAFENING!!!!! It is so loud, but the sound isn't even clear--it's muffled and impossible to understand. NOT what a child needs when trying to learn their letters. The pronunciation of each letter sounded the same as the next. Horrible product. I can't believe this thing cost $40. I returned it.

Excellent toy and even better company!
I rarely write reviews for items I purchase on Amazon. Today however I am making an exception. I ordered this toy for my granddaughter. It was past the 30-day window for return before I was able to see her and give her the present and it did not work. She was a little disappointed however I said I would see if I could get it fixed. I reached out to the seller, and they responded quickly and after verifying that the toy did not work, they immediately replaced it. The new toy works fantastic, and I am very happy to say that they have excellent customer service! I would not hesitate to buy from Bambiya again!
