B-Complex with C Stress Formula Solgar 100 Tabs

I have found that B Complex is one of the most essential vitamins for the preservation of good body health, and also great for your liver, which is essential for the processing of your body nutrients and defense against toxins. B vitamin complex can be obtained from various foods; but with today's processing and long shelf storage, including refinement of foods including the additional substances of no value added making man foods pre-digested, supplements are mostly necessary to maintain good body health. I have used many products over the years, and I have found that Solgar products, and this B Complex, is a terrific product. It is hard to find a Multi B complex, that doesnt just add 50 mg of everything and the say it is balenced. It is by numbers, but not by how much the body requires. Per the standard of B vitamins as per truly balenced, in order for the body to use them adequately and completely, there needs to be.. for example..20 mg of Niacin per 1.5-2 mg each of B1, B2 and B6. This at least comes closer then most and does give some of the other B Vit that others dont, like Biotin, Pantothenic and Inositol and Choline. I use it and add any extra amounts needed .

Reliable, quality product that I use as nutritional supplement when I'm stressed mentally or physically. I've found that a single tablet is sufficient.

I am an ethical vegetarian, so it is very difficult for me to get the right kind of vitamins that I can really called vegetable-bound. This brand was given to me by a friend. I bought them, and I really feel the difference in energy and protection from common colds.

This makes me feel so much better. I used to feel run down and tired with zero energy and now I feel functional. Im not jittery just more like my battery got a nice charge and I'm good to go. I only take one a day and that is enough for me. Also I find that my belly is flatter and that's a nice bonus.

It's a bigger pill - like 2 regular m&ms squished together. Has a horrible aftertaste. The bottle is glass with a metal top and is very heavy.

I highly recommend this product! It gives a lot of energy and I believe helps promote healing as a result of vitamin deficiency. I've had a cracked heel, open wound for over six years and it healed after I started using this product (and a lot of praying)! Thank Jesus, worth every penny!

I love all Solgar vitamins. They are thee best. I take them daily. I pass all my annual doctor physicals, with no health problems that I have to take medicine for, at age the prehistoric dinosaur age of 65. I take several of these Solgar vitamins per-day. Love them!
