Very cute!! I’m not a mom and I’m not using this for my toddler I just got it for myself lol. It’s really cute and very squishy. The bottom can, and does pop out but it is very easily to put back In. You don’t have to smack it with all your might, you just can’t tap it on the top since the bottom is where the light actually is and needs to feel pressure. You can smack it anywhere but don’t expect to tap it lightly just give it a slight hit and it’ll change colors. It doesn’t have different colors Individually, it has beige, and the next color is the whole rainbow ( red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple pink, ) slowly changing colors. So that’s not bad just so u know before buying. ALSO as you can see in the picture it is as tall as my hand, not as tall as the viewed flower pot.

Such a cute toy, but I know whoever I send this to used it for about a week and then somehow throw it in the garbage

Literally everyone who sees this cat on my desk says "it's cute!" It's a great product, but there are two main issues I have with it (though not dealbreakers by any means for me). 1) The USB charging port is on the bottom. If you don't design yourself a mount/base or something, forget about using it while charging unless you're sitting it at the edge of the desk. 2) It attracts SO MUCH DOG HAIR. Fortunately my dogs' hair is white, so it blends in. " One more weird thing is the way the color cycles. The good thing about this one is the colors cycle gradually; I've seen other models where the colors flash to different colors immediately, which isn't as aesthetically pleasing as this one... however, "no light on" is literally part of the cycle. Why?! Why aren't you just looping all the colors? Why would you include "off" being part of the color cycling? Either way, I think we all buy this cat for the soft white mode anyway ;_;

My grandson is 14 months old and started trying to stand and twist during diaper changes. It is like dealing with a sea bass. We tried stuffed animals, mobiles, books. He barely stops the squirming. A friend told me about this light. It is a very gentle glow and responds well to the thwapping to change colors. If he drops it, it can't break or hurt him. It is very soft and huggable. He likes to squeeze and hit it but hasn't figured out yet why the colors change. He lays still for the diaper, now. He is starting to understand directions and colors so I think this could eventually be an educational toy

I bought this for my daughter a few years ago and just got around to writing this! It has lasted a long time and still works great. She loves it and still uses it, even though shes a bit older now! Great product.

I brought this night light mainly for my newborn girl. As before we had to open the light in our room all night long as our newborn girl would cry without any light, thanks to this night light, we could have a good sleep right now. This cat night light is cute and adorable, it would last for a whole night after charging for several hours, which saves us a lot in long term.Once pressing it, this night light could switch to several different colors which is fantastic.

I love this! Best nightlight ever. Soft and warm light, colors for fun. My kitties seek it for warmth. And... YOU DON’T NEED TO BE A KID! I just bought a second one as a gift. Crazy fun.

It lights up. It looks cute. It's not super bright, but it's bright enough for what it is. The material is quite soft and decently durable, though the ears can get stuck awkwardly so be careful. It also gets dirty easily if dust touches it. But it also cleaned off just fine.
