I purposely switched to this to take it sublingually (under your tongue) because it absorbs better. Some nutrients work that way. Look them up. Tastes great. Normally a pill B combo comes out on you urine as very yellow. Again not absorbing as well. This one doesn’t do it. Definitely take it at the start of your day as it energizes you. Pro tip: I take it every single day as too much can make you breakout in acne. Really love the product. REFRIGERATE IT AFTER OPENING!! They need that in bold writing. Love the Now brand. Although this B vitamin liquid doesn't taste very good it really gives you extra energy for the day. The best thing about it being concentrated is that you only take a 1/4 tsp. The taste quickly dissipates. I would recommend to anyone who needs a daily vitamin pick me up.

Great for all mammals who just delivered babies. I give it to Nigerian dwarf Nannie’s and it calms them after birth. Also female dogs that are snappy it helps keep them from feeling unhinged after birth.

Just 1/4 teaspoon daily and this stuff works. I find I have some more energy after taking this and I prefer this in liquid form as opposed to sublingual tabs. It is a bright red color and a slightly thicker fluid (kind of similar to watered down syrup). Hold on your tongue for 30 seconds and swallow. I take it after breakfast as I find if I take anything before eating I have digestive issues. I took off one star because the taste of this is awful. To me, it tastes like cough syrup. If the taste were improved, I would give it all 5 stars.

Great taste. A great way to get B vitamins. Must be kept in refrigerator. I pour into a dropper bottle and I dispense from that, easily dropping some in my mouth daily.

Good product but tastes awful very bitter.

The media could not be loaded. This is my favorite b-12! I love that it’s a liquid and that it’s relatively cheap! Taking consistently I do notice a difference.Once you’re used to it, a couple squirts in the mouth in the morning WITH your breakfast and you’re good to go.
