This is really what I was looking for and meets my demands very well!!! The Odoland 5 Packs Pull Up Assist Bands has 5 different levels with different color. I have searched many similar products on Amazon and ordered this one finally. And they did not upset me indeed. They have clear weight indications: yellow 5-15LB, red 15-35LB, black 30-60LB, purple 40-80LB, and green 50-125LB. Thus I can make a plan of my exercise with number rather than colors in my journal. I ordered this on Friday and it came on Sunday, really fast delivery. With a storage bag, light weight and takes little space in bag. They have detail free eBook, which can be down to the mobile phone. Really Easy and Convenient, isn’t it? Doing exercise in anytime and anywhere! If you are new to the resistance bands, you will not be disappointed. You will get 5 bands, handles, door anchor, carrying bag, and brief workout guide. It is really worth a try. Just follow the workout guide and learn to use them. There is a slight learning curve to get used to them but once you do, it is a great tool to have in your gym. Also great for those who travel and can't make it to the gym. The set comes with a travel bag that keeps everything together.

This is exactly what I needed in my home gym. I love the combination of bands and straps. I can get a full workout without having to lift major weights. They allow me to have full range of muscle control. They are very sturdy to include the hand straps which I was a little concerned about but after running them through several vigorous work they are holding up quite nicely. I have convinced a few others to purchase this particular product so they can join in my weekly training sessions. The carrier bag could be a little bigger and the retainer bands could be a little thicker. I like to put them back into their original CONFIGURATION after I used them so I dont get them tangled and all over the place. That's my OCD. If they do become stressed and or break I can say I've gotten my money's worth out of them. I am hard on my toys.

I use these resistance bands almost every day for stretching and when training clients at the gym. This is by far the best deal on resistance bands that you can find on Amazon, since they come with a door anchor and handles in addition to 5 different bands. The second lightest band actually ended up snapping on me while working with a client, but I contacted the seller and they immediately responded and sent me a brand new set with 5 more bands! I don't think the band breaking is reflective of the build quality, as I've tried multiple brands and have had freak accidents with almost all of them - but I spent significantly more on the other ones. Overall I would highly recommend this set of bands for anyone who's looking to improve their pullups or using them to stretch, and this company is extremely helpful and dedicated to good customer service.

I purchased these in 2017. I don't use them on a regular basis. In fact the last time I used them was a few months ago. They have been very reliable and still have their resistance. I'm not sure if its the full resistance they had when I purchased them but it has to be pretty close. I pulled them out of the bag again today and was shocked to see how disgusting they looked. As you can see in the images, the black band has an orange powder residue all over it than comes off on the hands. I don't know what this is. The other bands are also showing signs of the powder residue but it's white. They don't seem to be effected in quality by this. Doing a google search and it states it's called bloom and manufacturers add it to the rubber to help prevent the rubber from dry rot. My only guess it that these will start to dry out if that's the case. But, nearly 4 years old is pretty good if you ask me.

I bought these some time ago. I am writing a review because I came back to buy another set. I originally bought them for warm-ups and pull-up assistance. For these purposes the bands are wonderful. They are really tough. With all the work, which includes stepping on them on rough surfaces, they don't have any nicks or gouges. Recently, I thought to bring them in my bag on a work trip to workout in my room. Hotel gyms are so spotty and unreliable, I just figured, "Why not?" They worked really great. I was able to get a decent resistance training workout in my room before I had to get to meetings. I now wish they were sold in pairs. If each weight level came with two versions, that would be awesome. This is why I am planning to buy another set. My intention is to start using them with my Olympic Bar to do squats and overhead presses and other workouts.

These are great if you want to carry your gym around in a bag. I bought them to be able to use in hotel rooms when I travel so I would have a way to do a quick workout and not have to bring weights or anything like that. Having resistance when you work out is key And while you can use body weight for some things… When you were stuck in a hotel, especially if the weather is terrible outside you may not have something like a pull up bar or something else like that. These can go through airport security without a problem and provide plenty of resistance to be able to do lots of different exercises like resistance curls, resistance push-ups, and many other exercises. Their other advantage is that they don’t weigh very much so they don’t rob you of being able to put other stuff in your luggage.

the upper resistant bands are too wide, stiff and strong. We can not use them at all. Other then that this is a well organized packet with a bag, the door attachment and handle attachments. I love the bag which is great for keeping everything together and the lighter 3 straps work well for us. If you are looking for resistant bands that are in the middle of the range I would look closely at other options. Read carefully what the upper range of power is required. We are not weaklings but even my husband could not budge the upper three bands. We kept the set and I will look for individual bands at Dick's to see if I can find a few more the lighter range.

I was worried at first that this would be a waste of my money as I might not use them at all. At first it was difficult to implement them into my training however after watching a few videos on YouTube I was confident that I could use them effectively. When I bought these I could not do a single pull-up. Cut to now, only a month or so later, I can comfortably do sets of 5 and have noticed a considerable change to my lats. Aside from their use being exceptional, they look and feel very professional, upon receiving the package I felt like I was getting my money’s worth. They are very high quality and I do not regret buying them one bit. I cannot recommend these enough to weight/resistance training beginners but could not comment on their use for more advanced athletes.

+ Amazing value for money. + Quality seems good (Used this set for 15-20 training sets so far and all was fine) + The door anchor is super useful (Make sure to use a solid door though, and personally I wouldn't use it too far from the hinges or the lock) + Can work pretty much every muscle with this. Loads of resources online. - Would have been glad for an additional band on the high end for some exercises, but using two band together also does the trick. Didn't find any other set that had a thicker one included, only for separate purchase. Straps for attaching to legs would also have been cool, but this is all a bit of a wishlist, what you get for the price is really fine. - The attached instructions are more or less worthless
