Think Gillette Tech!!
It looks like it has a Gillette Tech head on it and if so: Buy this razor!! A Gillette Tech head (being copied by many these days) is a gentle and mild razor, non-agressive razor head that will give you hundreds of comfortable shaves!

A fairly aggressive razor
Coming from my mild Rimei and Baili razors, I'd say this razor is pretty aggressive. Significantly higher blade exposure than what I'm used to. I have very coarse, tough facial hairs, but pretty sensitive skin on my throat and upper lip, so as you can imagine, shaving can be a nightmare for me if the razor and blade combo is wrong.I like this razor, but it will take some getting used to. I would recommend using a less sharp, smoother blade at first, such as a Derby or a Big Ben, unless you already know you can handle the combination of an aggressive razor with a very sharp blade.I first ordered the Rapira Swedish Supersteel razor, but it came with a bent guard (looked damaged in shipping), so I sent it back. Aside from that, that razor has a metal handle (zinc?) and the weight was more balanced towards the handle. This razor is overall lighter and the weight is more balanced towards the head, which I prefer. The head on both razors is the same Tech-type design. The handle is good, probably not as tough as a metal handle though. I'd prefer a better grip on it, similar to a rougher checkered surface like on a plastic rifle stock or something, but it does the job.

Nice razor, but not for 10 dollars
I bought this razor to keep at my parent's place so I could shave while staying with them, and the head of the razor is nice. It is more aggressive than my previous razor and shaves better. 10 dollars, though, with a plastic handle, isn't worth it; for not much more, you can buy a parker, which is all metal and equally aggressive. I bought this and lord razor to try out with a milder head. I preferred the more aggressive style Rapira, but the metal handle of the lord, so I swapped the handles; now I have a full metal razor. It has more weight, and it is perfect for me now.

The razor was wonky but the blades were spot on.
The razor was terrible but the platinum lux blades are quite good.

Not worth the money!
As soon as I opened the package I noticed that there where a lot of scuffs and even something brown on the head. Feels very cheaply made and is about the same as one that I got from the dollar store for $1. I would not recommend this to anyone due to the damage on the head of the razor and the quality. Save your money and try a different brand!

Watch the QA on this one
I've owned two of these razors. The first one I had was a reasonably efficient razor; super light, but good for the price and a great travel option. The second one had quality assurance issues and the alignment was off, no matter what I did, so I would say there are better options out there. But I love the Rapira blades; pick up 100, and you probably won't be disappointed (your mileage with blades may vary, of course). Most of the Russian blades are super-solid these days, a great value, and there is something for just about everyone.

Head only
I bought just for the head. Clogs less the my original head, nicer closer shave. My handle is longer and better grip then the 1 this comes with. Ultimately I like it plus blades.
