Sushi Roller Kit

The instructions were in a foreign language so it was a bit difficult to use to begin with. I made the first batch of sushi but had to use my bamboo mat to roll it up tighter because rice did not hold together very well. I watched the video again to see what I did wrong. Didn't measure the rice; did not use the plunger to make a well for the filling nor did I use the end cap to firm up the end of the roll. It was edible and I will make again. The closure on the side of the device did not hold together very well but it has to be seated properly or it won't close. Since I've seen all the mistakes that I made it is a decent product and will give it 4 stars.

I needed something to get me into the creation of sushi and I found it right here! Now that I've regularly made it with this I'm planning to get a bamboo mat and really start my sushi creationsPros- easy to use- easy to clean- creates round and good looking sushi every timeCons- the rice and sushi falls apart without the seaweed- over portions rice when rolling (just use less, easy fix)Overall I'm very satisfied, I got used to popping out the sushi onto a mat of seaweed and rolling it in order to hold it all together

I've made probably like 900 rolls of sushi with this thing before it started to fall apart on me ( I catered a sushi party one weekend).. I eat a ton of sushi as well, a ton of rice, and used this to the point of my moneys worth and then some. It still works, while the plastic on it is a little roughed up now. The clip broke and I have to hold it where the clip broke but that's expected after the hell I put this thing through. I recommend it.

The product came quickly and we were excited to try it. When I opened the box, all of the instructions were in French. I had to go online to find a good sticky rice recipe. After looking online for directions on how to use the product, it was good. My 6 yr old was able to make sushi with the sushi roller kit. We will definitely be using it in the future but with a product that shipped out of Pennsylvania, distributed from Utah, and manufactured in China, you would think the directions would be in English somewhere.

Works very well once you overcome the minimal endcap threading. The cap must be held in place with one hand while pushing the end with the other. Difficult to close clamshell without a third hand. Produces good to excellent sushi rolls. Would definitely recommend for anyone seeking to up their sushi roll game.

This product is such a great concept, although the rolls don't always come out quite right. It's super fun to use though, and when it works properly, the rolls come out both tasty and pretty!

It may be a knock off but for this price I'm beyond satisfied! The pieces come apart quite easily but still hasn't broken after multiple uses. Hinges snap right back in place. It worked just like the picture s and videos for me.

Works really well- makes a perfectly rolled sushi roll. Only issue is that the snaps on the side do not snap tight, so you have to hold it together little. Works really well though.
