what is the main body of the hat made of?

I really can’t tell what material was used for the hat. However, it’s pretty sturdy and looks very nice. This is the second year of wearing it to Steampunk. If your just wearing for an event I think you will be pleased. I tried to send a photo.

Six year old child size?

Im not sure what brand I bought, but, I had to add a strip of adhesive window sealer (the foam strip you can buy at lowes) around the inside back 3/4 to make it fit me, I have a small hat size. my head is 21 inches around where the hat sits. I would check out a Party supply store.

What is the hat made of??? Could it be cut with scissors for craft project?

I would imagine you could cut this material with the right type of scissors

It's roughly 10in tall. It's a nice hat but it is for bigger sized heads
