This product actually helps me. It seems to curb my appetite.

May work for some
Over time this is effective appetite control but, it took a while. Also MAY be effective during chemo and recovery from some cancers. Research continues. However, the size of the bottle is huge! I saved my former bottle and transferred the caps to the smaller bottle since the larger one took up too much space.
