How exactly I should use it?

I use this as a toner - once I rinse my face with water (and/or you van fully wash your face with cleanser), I put this on a cotton pad generously and wipe down face, neck and chest/decollate area with it. The intent is that this is a skin-calming toner (to use ahead of a moisturizing serum, lotion, etc).

how well does this work on sensitive thin skin areas of the body?

I did not find it irritating at all, but also not noticeably moisturizing or beneficial for tested areas of skin- face, neck, chest, arms, legs. I have thin skin and had no issues (but have no expectation for it to build collagen, either).

I purchased this 12/21 and the expiration on my bottle is 10/23.
