Bellacia Organics Fresh Fuyu Persimmons 5 Lbs Box

Got my persimmons today. They were wrapped well, double and triple wrapped. I would never have been able to purchase this large of a quantity of persimmons for the price I paid so it's a GREAT VALUE. One was 'squishy' which was fine as ripeness heightens the sugar content. I rinsed it and chowed down on it. Thank you for making these available to those of us who don't live in climates where persimmons grow. I look forward to doing business with you again and will recommend Bellacia Organics to my family and friends.

I just ate 1st one. It was delicious 😋!

More than half of them so far look like those pictured. I can't tell for sure what has happened to them, but lots of dark spots and dark pulp. It does affect the taste. They aren't good. The 5 pound box contained about 30 pieces of fruit. Thus far (in two days) only 2 of 5 I've eaten are the color they should be and taste good. I'm really, really disappointed because persimmons are my favorite fruit. So, at this rate, if 2/5 are edible, then 12 will be edible. These were $84.94 total. That's $7 per good persimmon. I won't do this again.

Six of the persimmons were rotten and uneatable and had to throw away. Two were over ripe and had cut the bad parts out. The rest were delicious. Probable too late in the season to order

Product was very good. It did not last as long as I had anticipated but all in all I enjoyed my order

Some fruit was smashed and others were fruit drop from trees that you can tell because the fruit has not properly ripened and is bad to taste. Really disappointed in delivery.
