It is confusing as worded- it is one pouch that contains 16 "sticks" and each stick makes 2 quarts. So this pouch will make a total of 16- 2 quart pitchers of lemonade.

Is this product one bag of 16 smaller 2qt packets or is it 16 big bags that equals 256 2qt packets?
