I started waking up with neck pain every morning and thought maybe it was time to replace my current pillows of indeterminate age. I purchased this pillow hoping it would alleviate the pain and, thankfully, it did! It is a bit firm but that allows it to be very supportive and its shape allows it to work with different sleeping positions. The shape can make it a little challenging to fit into some pillow shams so I would check its measurements and, if in doubt, get a larger pillow case specifically for this pillow. I am no longer waking up with neck pain and my sleep quality seems to have improved as well. I am so glad I gave this pillow a shot.

I couldn't wait to receive this pillow! I am a side sleeper I had been suffering with neck and shoulder pain for quite a few weeks and this has been a game changer! I felt relief the very first night using it. If I could shake the inventor's hand I would! Thank you thank you thank you for this genius of a product!

This pillow is beyond belief. There was no adjustment period for me - I woke up the next morning free of neck pain and stiffness and my arm support is great. I needed a cervical pillow for my neck but I also have back problems. Reading and looking at some the videos I was convinced I would order. When the pillow arrived and I read the instructions it was hard to open and let adjust to a well ventilated room for 48/72 hours - I lasted 24 hours. Pillow cover well made, no odor or stains but I tried to open the zipper for the extra form which is for back/stomach sleepers I could not open. My concern is the the zipper break - I am a side slipper at times I sleep on the back for the discomfort so once I managed to close and I will leave until I have to reopen. I recommend this pillow.

The first few nights were not great even though the pillow felt good. I removed the extra pading and then I slept really good. Woke up without any neck or arm pain and no stiff neck. I do have a few bulging discs and arthritis and this pillow has been a godsend! This is the second pillow, I had to buy an extra for the future if it will jot be available! Slight smell but it is only for a few days.

This pillow is a fraction of the cost at the big box stores and my wife loves it. It helps with her chronic neck pain and she cant sleep without it now. It is very durable, feels cool to the touch, hasnt went flat after 9 months of use, and provides all the support a conventional down pillow lacks.

I bought this pillow because I was waking up every morning with neck pain and stiffness. I had been recommended a few different pillows that were a lot more expensive, but thought I would try this one because it had great reviews. I can genuinely say this pillow has resolved all of the neck pain I was having. It takes a few nights to get used to sleeping on this pillow compared to regular pillows but it is definitely worth it! I will never go back and would highly recommend. I bought a separate pillow case for it because taking the case it comes with off and on to wash is kind of a pain. Don’t waste your money on the expensive name brand pillows. This one is great!

I have a lot of upper neck issues and my head tends to sit forward from years of bad posture/“tech neck.” I’ve tried different pillows and could never find one that felt like it was actually supporting my neck in the right place. This one has honestly been great. When I’m lying on my back, I can feel how the shape supports the curve of my neck and lets my head rest in a much better position instead of feeling pushed forward or unsupported. It took a little getting used to because it’s very different from a regular pillow, but once I adjusted to it, which I did quickly, I understood why it’s shaped the way it is. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don’t find it very comfortable for lying on my side—especially when I’m laying there checking my phone 😂. I definitely prefer it for sleeping on my back. For someone like me who has upper neck problems and forward-head posture and has struggled to find a pillow that actually feels supportive, this has been one of the best I’ve tried. I’m really happy I gave it a chance.

I’ve been experiencing severe neck pain that came out of nowhere. The pain was so intense that I had to book an appointment with my doctor. I couldn’t turn my neck, and it was shooting all over my shoulders. I couldn’t explain it any further. It was excruciating! I was extremely worried and scared. I tried everything to alleviate the pain, including using heating pads, ointments, and a neck massager, but nothing seemed to help. My doctor then ordered an MRI, but unfortunately, my insurance didn’t cover it. They wanted me to see a physiotherapist first before they would. I understand their reasoning, so I reached out to my doctor and they referred me to a physiotherapist. While I was waiting for my appointment with the physiotherapist, I started researching online for something to help with my neck pain. I came across a suggestion that pillows could be the culprit, which I dismissed because I had these expensive down pillows that I had bought from Macy’s. They were so comfortable until they weren’t. I had used them for years, and apparently, you should change your pillows regularly. I decided to research pillows specifically designed for neck pain. I read some positive and negative reviews, but since I was the one in pain, I was willing to give it a try. What was there to lose? If it didn’t work, I could simply return it. I came across many Osteo pillows, but this one caught my eye. So, I ordered it. Let me tell you, the first night I knew this was the one! The second night, I was like, “Wait! The third night, I was like, “HALLELUJAH!” In a week, I could barely feel the pain. Today is August 3rd, 2026, and I believe I bought this pillow July 7th 2026. Today, I have ZERO neck pain. Nada! I’m back to normal. I am completely grateful for this pillow! I intend to carry it with me on any vacation and anywhere. I can’t wait to see my doctor again next month to share my experience with them. Wow! So, if you’re like me and experiencing neck pain, give this pillow a try. You’ll likely get mixed reviews, but try it out for yourself. Remember, everyone is different. Now, I would love it if you could make one that I can lounge in. I only use this pillow when I go to bed at night. But if I’m sitting or just lying in bed, I use my other pillows😏. If you have something higher up, please let me know. Fantastic pillow for support in all positions. I suffer from Anklyosing spondylitis and have fused vertabrae in my neck and lower spine. Have struggled to find pillows to alleviate pain when sleeping but this pillow has been perfect. Comfortable and supportive and now sleep and awaken with out troublesome neck & shoulder pain. Definitely worth the money
