I’ve had this pillow for months now and it’s amazing!! No more neck aches pain or tingly arms during the night. I sleep soundly and comfortably now. If you’re like me, a side and back sleeper, this is THE pillow. If you need less support you can rotate it 180 degs and there’s less height and no wings, which is nice sometimes. One of my favorite things about this pillow is that it doesn’t collapse under warmth like memory foam does. Once you find your desired spot it stays in place. This pillow has been a game changer for me and I would highly recommend.

I have struggled with chronic neck stiffness and "slept wrong" headaches for years, often waking up with a knot between my shoulder blades. After trying countless "normal" pillows, I decided to take a chance on the Osteo Cervical Pillow with the Hollow Design, and I am so glad I did. Here is my honest review after using it: Pros: Unique Hollow Center: The hollow spot in the center cradles the back of my head perfectly, which immediately relieves pressure on the back of my neck when sleeping on my back. Perfect for Rotisserie Sleepers: I tend to switch between my back and side throughout the night. The higher side sections provide excellent support for side sleeping, keeping my neck aligned, while the lower center works for back sleeping. Adjustable Height: The pillow comes with a removable insert. I removed it to make it slightly lower, which worked better for my neck, but it’s great to have the option to make it higher. No More "Slept Wrong" Pain: After just a few nights, I felt a massive improvement. I am waking up without that familiar neck pain. Cooling Material: The cover is quite breathable, and I haven’t felt like I was overheating, which is a common problem with memory foam. Cons: Adaptation Period: The first two nights felt a little strange because the pillow is quite firm compared to a feather pillow. However, the instructions mentioned this, and it was worth pushing through the adjustment phase. Odd Shape: It doesn’t look like a standard pillow, so it might not fit a standard pillowcase perfectly, but the cover it comes with is comfortable and washable. Verdict: If you have tried everything to get rid of neck pain and are tired of waking up stiff, this pillow is a fantastic, worthy investment. It takes a few nights to get used to, but it truly helps align the spine and provide proper support. Highly Recommended!

I was getting tired of regular old pillows and really wanted something to support my neck and I tried this for over a month, hoping it would help my neck stiffness, but it was just OK for me. The design looked promising, but I did not notice any real improvement in comfort, sleep, or neck stiffness during that time. I kept using it expecting results, but it stayed about the same. Overall, it is not a terrible pillow, butI do not think it is worth the money. It may work for others depending on your cause of neck pain, but it did not make a difference for me.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this pillow, but after a week of sleeping on it, it’s safe to say it’s worth the purchase. It doesn’t flatten throughout the night and has a medium firm to it, which I don’t mind even though I normally go for plush pillows. It has 2 options for height, doesn’t get hot, and supports my neck greatly. I’ve noticed I wake up with more energy feeling well rested and no neck, shoulder, or upper back pain.

I bought this pillow based on the information provided on the website. When it arrived, the color was different, which is fine, but the quality does not match the description. It has no double cover, no double zipper as shown, and no removable foam as mentioned.

Comfortable and is what I expected

Fantastic pillow for support in all positions. I suffer from Anklyosing spondylitis and have fused vertabrae in my neck and lower spine. Have struggled to find pillows to alleviate pain when sleeping but this pillow has been perfect. Comfortable and supportive and now sleep and awaken with out troublesome neck & shoulder pain. Definitely worth the money

I like the support this pillow provides. Unfortunately, the pillow becomes downright uncomfortable when you change position in bed.
