I used 4 of these to set the ambient "colour" in a 200 square metre exhibition space.They are quite bright with pure colours like 100% red, green, blue - which are always going to be dimmer on LED lights because they only use 1/3 of the colour outputs on a chip, but still they're bright enough to light up a dark space.On mixed colour modes, and not 100% saturated colours they are bright.On white and off-whites, they are very bright.The dimming ramping is also reasonably good, there is a bit of a jump to full brightness, but good enough for the price.The app works well and there are some clever ways to control the colour pulsing and rotation modes in the more advanced settings, as individual lights or as groups of lights.These were on for 10 hours a day for 3 solid weeks and I never had to come back and reprogram them. They worked from the last setting when turned back on and then worked flawlessly throughout the exhibition.I use much more professional grade LED lighting in my studio practice and I can honestly say that these, for the price, are a great addition to my creative kit. All of my lights are wifi-enabled which makes working with them a breeze at home or, in an exhibition or on a shoot.Note: that I only used these indoors: I have no idea how good their weatherproofing is.Note: that these are only controllable by the app. there are no buttons on the back to set anything.

Love these lights i have 3 and just got another one for my parants, they work from my front bedroom and i have them at the back garden so brill i can control them from my room i have a long garden so iv put one down by my sheds shame to say app don't work but will do if close enough which im happy with so if you want one at the front and back these will work from inside your house also you do have a time you can set on these , good price 😊 2 years ago i brought a remote control one what a pain they are have to keep going outside by the light to turn them off so so happy with these also you can dim them 😊 happy days thanks seller you have 1 happy customer 😊

It is a nice light and easy to use once you know what to click on to find the colour option. The seller was not particularly helpful and told me to get the app when my question was how do I get the colour option on the app I already downloaded.This is where I say thank you to Mr. Peter Vesey for answering my question clearly. The photo displayed looks like a remote and is not, it shows how it appears on a mobile.I wanted to instal it outside permanently but the cable is only 2 metres long and that is a problem. It probably is not meant to be installed outside permanently.

Easy to use and control via the app on my android. I use it in the garage.

These lights are bright! So many functions too. They flood the whole garden and the phone app is a nice touch. Highly recommended. I may have to buy 2 more :-)

Lights were great for a year. Now 18 months old, the app won't link to either of my 2 lights. I have one lights that flashes and one just the yellow light and no app control.Also no way of contacting seller as still within 2 year warranty.Only buy lights that come with a separate remote as apps aren't reliable as your lights get older.

The phone app is easy to set up with the two lights individually with unique names given to each one.Colour range and mood setting is vast, can't wait for summer when we are all in the garden at nightLeads are too short so had to cut and splice into a weatherproof joiner to link in the outside plug socket

Item description advertises flicker-free operation. But if you plan to shoot videos with these lights, they might flicker for any color which requires dimming of at least one R/G/B/W channels. I do not recommend these for video production at all.Floodlight itself look and feel good. App work okay.
