I love this lightsaber. It has a beautiful design, works great, sounds great, and looks like the real thing. I wouldnt use it for combat because it can be a little fragile, but for halloween, cosplay, or even just for show, it is perfect! I ended up giving it to my brother as a gift and he loved it. Definitely worth the price!.

I have 7 lightersabers from 7 different characters so far, and this is my newest favorite one. Although I much favor the Sith over the Jedi, I must admit there are some very nice jedi sabers. This Leia saber is beautiful! A shiny rose gold finish with pearl accents. It has a decent weight and does not feel cheap at all. It is not the heaviest out of my collection, but it certainly isn't the lightest. I was worried from some reviews that it would be too light, but it definitely isn't. Like, I love Luke's rotj saber design but hate how light it is, this Leia saber is significantly heavier that that one. Seems to be 100 percent metal except for the battery pack on the inside of course. And the stand has a slit for the belt ring which makes setting this baby into the stand a perfectly secure fit. This is one gorgeous lightsaber, perfect for princess Leia Organa, now if only she would join the Dark Side.

This is my second lightsaber. The other one is from Disneyland. This meets or exceeds the quality of the one from Galaxy’s Edge. It’s very heavy/solid and looks amazing. Mostly copper and silver hued metal with very little plastic. The only complaint is a tiny screw holds in the batteries. The weight and hardness could make it a hazard for the little ones, so gift with caution.

Came in great condition and worked perfectly

This is one heavy lightsaber! I was hoping to use it for costuming at a con, but carrying it around all day will be a drag. The weight is all in the hilt, so even if you wanted to just clip it to your belt, it will be heavy.The saber I received had two scratches on the silver part of the hilt in between the ridges. The white stripes that are supposed to be mother-of-pearl are cheap-looking white plastic. One of them is stuck on crooked. A mother-of-pearl sticker on the surface would have been so much better.Other people have commented on the low volume of the sound effects, and I agree. If the manufacturer was worried about bothering people with the sound, they should have added a volume control so you could have it louder for private battles or in a noisy situation. I doubt this will be audible at a convention.Moving on to the packaging. I give it points for using no plastic or twist ties in the packaging. It's all cardboard, paper for protecting the parts, and paper string to hold the parts in. BUT. THE DESIGN OF THE PACKAGING IS TERRIBLE. It's a weirdly angled box, and when you open it everything is upside down, so that once you untie the string, when you lift the tray the pieces are in to turn it over, the parts are no longer secure and fall out. There are two pieces – the emitter ring and the belt clip – that are not even tied in. So when I wanted to put the tray with the saber and parts in it back in the box, I had to reverse the string ties or every time I flipped the tray over to close the box, things would fall out. This required me to try and push the string through the holes backwards which was difficult because when they were originally pushed through, it left extra cardboard around the edges of the holes which blocked them. The string is not stiff like a twist tie, so it was a pain to get it to go through the holes. A simple rectangular box that you can lay down, open the lid and see your lightsaber face-up would have been so much better. I like to carry my saber to conventions in the box so it won't get damaged. Trying to get the saber back in this box in a parking lot or the back of the car is going to be a pain. Very poor packaging design!!Overall, I'd say this is a pretty good saber but not great. I'm trying to decide if I should return it due to the scratches and the low volume of the SFX. I got it at a good price though – about $140 (it's probably not selling well because of its faults).

Bought this for my daughter in law as a Wedding present. She is a huge Star Wars fan! Had it custom engraved on the handle and she absolutely LOVED this!! It was perfect! Very well made!Would 100% recommend this purchase !

Reproduces Leila’s elegant metallic hilt nicely although it is plastic over what seems aluminium shell.
