excellent medium power boost converter
I originally bought one of these to keep a supercap box in my vehicle charged up to 14.5v volts, from the 12v supply of the truck, and it's working well. I configured the voltage to 14.5v and current to 5a, and mounted it inside the lid of the lid using stand-offs since it does get warm in use. The back of the board is a thin aluminum plate, which does a good job of heat dissipation, and the large coil does a good job of handling the rated power. I didn't need to add any additional heat dissipation though, the aluminum backing kept temps safe. (though do use standoffs to keep the board away from things like plastics) I ended up buying a second one as a spare since these are reliable and useful to have around when needing to boost voltage. (though you need at least 10 volts at the source) Adjusting the output voltage is easy, just turn the adjustment screw. Current is a little more tricky, you need to apply a load at the current you want, and then adjust the current limit screw to right before it starts cutting back the voltage. I've bought small boost converters and big ones, but this one fits right in the middle, where you have some voltage and need several (but less than 6) amps

Voltage can not increase
When I first time turned clockwise and counterclockwise the crew, voltage didnโt change. Second time I turned counterclockwise it worked. No manuals in package, better to have one. Otherwise people will complain and return it

Works great!
I connected the boost converter (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T137H2Y) to an adjustable power supply module (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LWXAC5E) on the output. And I have a Volt/Ammeter (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072BY4XZ7) on the input. All supplied by a 12V marine deep-cycle battery on the input. It was giving me 24v out from the start. I need 48v so I dialed this boot converter up to 50v, and fine-tune the output using the adjustable module. Been running for 2 weeks 24/7 and it's driving 7watts during the day and 15watts at night. No troubles so far! The output is powering a PoE ethernet hub that as a pair of PoE cameras (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07V1WKRBB). It's all working really well! Once I'm done will the cameras, this will be my workbench power supply.

Be careful with current adjustment
After setting voltage with CV regulator adjust CC regulator by rotating clockwise without load attached until voltage starts dropping. This would mean it is below minimum possible current setting. Now you can attach load and slowly increase CC by rotating it counter-clockwise. Attaching load without doing steps above it would render module damaged most likely (in my case module managed to pass-through ~15 AMP at 24 volts for about a minute and fried itself while i was spinning potentiometer). Fried module short circuited on input. This can damage other components, like battery or power supply. I recommend placing PPTC auto-resettable (or other) fuse matching your load on input for safety.

Not anymore
Not even close to 250w! Good power supply and the proper settings on the PSU with CV and amps set to maximum for the load draw which was a 165w smart charger. Got maybe 43w and thought the device was faulty. Started poking around and noticed really bad solder pads and flux burns allover the board. The inductor coil silicon on one of the boards was dangling off after shipping and that one has so much noise I threw it away in fear it was a fire hazard. This thing looks and feels nice but as soon as you start to use it you will notice how cheap it actually is. Ugh. This brand used to be one of my goto brands. Missed the window for return now they are both dead and not even a months old. Oooooooh my lanta.
