Excellent bed time supplement

About the exact length of a new 10 cent US dime & very easy to swallow with water due to the soft gel. I've enjoyed 5-htp over the past 8yrs & I've found the perfect supplement in this MicroIngredients brand. I it says to take 2 daily but I take 2 in the morning & 2 at night the first week then switch over to 2 a day. Definitely worth the try if you're a 5-htp consumer like myself, plus you get a free bottle/bag with your first purchase providing a lot of serotonin help for those like me who need it.

Better than most 5 HTP products. Smooth mood all day. I have been sleeping incredibly. Love the way this product makes my boy and mood feel. Thank you for this. It's truly a daily game changer in my healthy neurology.

5-HTP, in an easy to swallow package. The actual package containing the pills is a bit odd. I appreciate the ease of disposal in the future, however I feel like if you are not going to stick with a classic bottle, maybe make the bottle more environmentally friendly. It's plastic either way, but if you're going non-traditional, maybe go a little further. The pills themselves are nice as well. Small, smooth, easy to swallow. A decent way to get your 5-HTP.

Great value for the money! I take one or 200 mg at a time and within 15 to 20 minutes I can tell my anxious brain is slowing down. I have read that 5HTP is great for those ruminating repetitive thoughts. I am finding this to be true!
