Super comfy but a bit hot to sleep in in summer. Use it for repetitive stress. Doesn't pinch anywhere and fits my big forearm.

The pain in my wrist and palm was excruciating. I put the brace on , instant relief. The brace is well constructed. I liked the padding on the palm. It is a ridged brave, which is what you want for carpol tunnel. I have a medium frame and purchased SM. Great fit. It also came with a jell pack. You can us it hot or cold and place in brace while wearing. Genius.I’ve had several hand surgeries and this brace is best by far in keeping you comfortable.My pain is gone!
