Really works great. My laptop went bad. But the battery pack was good and never had charging issue. I took the batteries out. It takes some careful tinkering and cutting. But I’m now able to use it in this device and power up a lot of things. I am very happy with the performance of this device.

I have been using this for a few weeks now and find it very useful especially when charging 18650 cells, which is the primary reason i bought it. Although I have been in a pinch a couple of times now and it works as effortlessly as a portable battery bank for recharging my phone and other usb powered devices. My only dislike of it is that i am not 100% sure if it balance charges or not and after seeing some horror stories about imbalanced cells i have not been adventurous enough to put cells with different states of charge in it. But for what it is it works better than i would expect for the price.

I really like this unit for my prep plan. My flashlights (2) use 18650s and are rechargeable. I have a head lamp 18650s too. Everything is rechargeable so if my lights are charged I can swap batteries into this. If flashlights need power I pulled them from this. Also, it lets me have back up power to charge devices. Why 4 not 5 stars? I’d really a ruggedized case or even a rubber sleeve or something that would make me feel more confident that one drop I wouldn’t be SOL in a bad situation but great for the price and tons of power.

It has a lot of capacity and is great if you have a bunch of 18650 batteries to play with. The output says 2.1 or 2.4 amp but that is a fixed digit. It isn't reading the actual draw but is displaying the maximum possible. For me personally I think the cover is ridiculous and needs to be redesigned. But that it is hard to open and close is noted on the seller's page. I taped mine up. The batteries I am using are a discontinued 18650 on Amazon and they are actually too fat for the case which adds to the difficulty's. I'm too lazy to compare to other 18650 batteries in my possession. That all being said I'm happy to have it as a powerful back-up for my USB devices.

Works exactly how I would wanted to. Doesn't seem to have an issue charging if the batteries are different brands or have different capacities. As long as it's an 18650 battery it seems to be fine. I have not had an issue with it automatically turning off even if it's running a 0.5 milliamp load.

Great way to put your loose 18650’s to work. It appears to balance the cells. Shows individual cell conditions on display. I recommend.

I have 4 5800 mAh 18650 batteries and took it on a walk while I had Pokemon Go open and the charging wasn't even enough to maintain the battery level. After about an hour my phone had dropped over 10% battery charge and used half the capacity of the power bank. The output showed 0.6A which is very low, might be good for slow charging but not enough to charge your phone while using which is the main reason I bought it. I use 18650 batteries for a lot of things so I thought it would be nice to have multiple devices that are compatible with those batteries. Pros: - Small and compact - 18650 batteries can be swapped out with fresh ones - Can be used with one battery if needed, or less than four Cons: - No USB-C output - Slow charging with low output at 0.6A - Charging doesn't seem efficient and loses a lot of charge quickly It needs better charging output, more efficient charging and a USB-C output for more versatility.

I like this charger for the size and power output. It has enough charging ports (usb-c and A). Since it is a lot flatter than most, it fits in a laptop bag or in my wife purse very easily. Will be ordering a few more. Also takes any size 18650 batteries. Flat top or button top.
