Comfort relief from bunions
I had been suffering for years with problems on my left foot from bunion as I aged so I had treatments from a podiatrist a few years ago and he created a specific 1/4" thick pad for me to place on the bottom of my left foot and showed me how to cut padding the correct way and place on the bottom of my foot. Since joining Amazon Prime, I found your product and have been using them for quite awhile (I just got my second package) and they fit and work BETTER than the created one from my podiatrist. I am extremely pleased with your product and the way it really makes my left foot feet much better when I work compared to me creating and cutting pads on my own. Also, your products stays put on the bottom of my foot much longer that the pads that I have to cut and place on the bottom of my foot. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has bunion problems that have affected all of my toes (the bunion has pushed my toes over towards my smallest toe and so created pain and discomfort when walking). I was instructed by the podiatrist to never walk barefoot and to constantly wear the pads and your pads are bigger and cover more of the area on the bottom of my foot, hence, I am much more comfortable with your pads than the hand cut pads that I used to use. I even tried using your pads as a pattern to cut new pads from the sheets of pads that my podiatrist gave me, but your pads work better and they stick on much better than the sheets of pads that I was getting before. Your pads are excellent and they last a long time. I will continue buying your pads always. Keep up the good work!

Worked great when placed on the foot, just behind the metatarsals
I've had some fat pad atrophy on my metatarsal area, causing discomfort walking on hard surfaces.I initially tried these by placing them on the shoe insert as instructed by my podiatrist, but i couldn't get the positioning correct and it didn't help. It was just either uncomfortable or didn't do anything. After viewing some youtube videos, I placed it just slightly below the metatarsal area on my foot itself, so the pad takes the impact and protects the ball of the foot. This pretty much eliminated the foot pain. After several days of use, the glue loses some of its stickiness but with some care the sock can bepulled over it. So far it's been OK for about 5 days with the same pad, haven't had to replace it yet. This product has helped more than anything else I've tried. If you're having problems with this pad, check out some of the podiatric youtube videos for details on how/where to place it correctly.

Happy Feet!
Okay, just a happy foot! I’ve had issues with my left foot for some time. No matter what shoes I wear, it feels like I have rocks under the ball of my foot. Put one of these pads on and - bam! Like magic the pain from walking is gone. Never expected such results from a little tiny piece of felt. The adhesive is great too. I have been using the same pad for two weeks, taking off for showers, and it still sticks in place. The placement is the weird thing - counterintuitive. The pad gets placed BELOW the ball of your foot. I guess it helps bear the weight that the ball usually takes. Only issue, no instructions in the package. I had to get back on Amazon to see how to place it. If you have metatarsal issues, give it a try. It comes in a thinner and thicker pad. I went for the middle thickness. For the price, definitely worth giving it a shot.

Worked like a charm
I was having toe pain from wearing ill fitting flip flops. The pad had great adhesion and were comfortable. After wearing for a week or so the pain is gone. From someone with frequent foot pain these will be a repeat order.

they work well
These work very well. I can wear shoes for a longer period of time when I've used one of the pads. I use it on the shoe even though they say using it on your foot is preferable. Not perfect but makes a big difference. I'd recommend them.

These work quite well for metatarsal pain.
I had always used a full 1/4in .pad that I had to split in 1/2 because they were too thick. I ordered the 3/16in., and I no longer have to waste time, energy, or money aplitting the 1/4 in. in half, wasting the other non-adhesive half! These 3/16in. work quite well for me as long as I put them in the perfect spot on bottom of my foot. They adhere very well, too. Remember, they can be put inside of your shoe, on bottom of your foot, or adhered to your innersole/orthotic. Try them, you too might have less metatarsal pain!

So Helpful!
I have metatarsalgia and my ortho suggested I use a product similar to this but it was applied to the insole. I just could not get it in the right place.I found these (stick them directly on your skin) and they're a gamechanger! They are not perfect... Some stick great, some don't (the reason for only 4 stars). I keep a roll of that stretchy medical tape with them, and firmly wrap that around my foot if one doesn't stay on.I am currently using the 1/8" thickness. I just ordered the 3/16" to see if that makes more of a difference.I work 10 hour shifts on bare concrete floors and these don't take all the pain away, but they do lessen it.It would be even better if the adhesive could be cleaned & reused.
